Off base military housing- guy driving drunk wouldn’t pull over for cops and just continues to drive home- pulls into communal parking lot and cops proceed to ram his car and smoke bomb him.

I don’t know if you were there yet, but when I first moved in someone was spraying pesticides in people’s yards and animals were in and out of the vets because of it.
