@euniceloisss: Pork Humba habang nag eemote Ingredients: 3 tbsp oil 1 kg Pork Pata 10 cloves garlic, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 1 can Pineapple juice 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup vinegar 2 liters water 3 pcs Bayleaves 1 tbsp Whole black peppercorns 2 pcs Star Anise 1 small pack Banana blossom 1 cup Pineapple Chunks 2 tbsp Black beans/Tausi Procedure: 1. Sear the pork until browned an all sides, then set aside. 2. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. 3. Add the pork back in and saute with the aromatics. 4. Add brown sugar and saute until caramelized. 5. Deglaze the pan with pineapple juice, then add bayleaves, peppercorn, star anise, soy sauce, vinegar, banana blossoms, and water. 6. Simmer for atleast 1 hour and replenish the water as needed until the pork is tender. 7.
