@physiokelly: Are you experiencing pelvic girdle pain while turning over in bed during pregnancy? 🤰 This hack is for you! Save this one for later so you can come back to it in the middle of the night (or share it with a pregnant friend who needs to watch this!)... Make sure you: 1️⃣ keep your hips and knees in line during the movement - if you part them or splay them, then you are more likely to experience pain. 2️⃣ Push through your arms and shoulders to help you with momentum to get through the movement. If this one doesn't work for you, try going onto all fours and rotating over that way, continuing to ensure that you keep your hips and knees in line during the movement and you push up into the position with your upper body. It doesn't work as well under lots of blankets during the winter months but some people find it a lot nicer! #pelvicgirdlepain #pregnancypain #pregnancytips #pregnancysleepingtips #secondtrimester #thirdtrimester #pelvicpain #pregnancysymptoms
