@chacekitchen: I could eat steak and potatoes every night🥩🥔 Steak: * We used filet and ribeye cap. We pat dry and then coat in a little olive oil, salt and pepper. My husband grilled them up and took off around 125 internal temp. Let rest about 5-10 minutes before slicing. Baked Potato: * Preheat the oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with foil. * Wash potatoes thoroughly and pat dry. * Poke holes all over the potatoes with a fork. * Coat in 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt. * Roast in the oven at 425 for about 40-60 minutes (this will vary greatly depending on size of potato). I like to check in on it about halfway through and adjust bake time as necessary. It should be tender enough to poke with a fork. The fork should be able to slide in easily with no resistance. * I served with herby whipped butter Herbed Butter: I blended together: * 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened/room temp * 1 tbsp fresh parsley * 1 tbsp fresh cilantro * 1 tbsp fresh dill * 1 tbsp fresh chives * 2 cloves garlic * Salt and pepper, to taste * Splash of milk, as needed to help promote blending and add to whipped creaminess * **you can’t really go wrong with mixing up the herb combination. Add more butter as necessary. #steak #steakandpotatoes #dinner #DinnerIdeas #dinnerrecipe #grilling #cooking
Made this butter, not sure what I did wrong but it did not turn out 😥 it was light in color & curd-like w/ extra liquid… maybe I put too much milk?? (Made the garlic parm chicken skewers too- 10/10!)
