But once I found out the property had an oil tank, I offered to remove it myself, without any effort from the seller, for $460,000… The next day they came back with an offer at $467,500. Since the seller originally wanted $495,000, this still pencilled out ✏️ Which means the seller got to sell their property, I’m going to handle the oil tank for them, and I get the price closer to my asking.
