I used to work at an indoor play ground (UK) and would have 30 minutes between parties to clean and make up all of the food for the kids attending.

It makes complete sense. I work based off of tip based compensation and when you hustle harder the customer should always pay more. It is your time they are taking so they better be willing to pay up!

Can’t you allow them to go in through the back to set up. And tell them that kids can’t go into the play area until the time of the party ? That way no one is rushing

I would tell them when they arrive. They have to stay in the playroom for the first 15 minutes while the employee finishes sanitizing the rest of the playroom and then the final 15 minutes like normal
