I had the same stuff in my garden bed. I think it’s nick name is dog puke fungus. Harmless but disgusting.

The fungus should be harmless.It’s basically the flowers of mycellium which is like the root network of mushrooms.Mycelium is very important to an ecosystem as it acts like a nervous system for plants
