@misojenkitchen: musubi bowls made in 15 mins! 🤤#musubi #spammusubi #EasyRecipes #hawaiianfood #homecooking #ricebowls #koreanfood musubi bowls have and will always be a comfort meal of mine~ i always have luncheon meat in my pantry for times of crisis (when i’m lazy and hungry). usually, the sauce for musubi calls for mirin but I find substituting it with water works fine too! i also like to finish my musubi bowls off with a drizzle of sesame oil and extra spicy seasoning! my current fav has been @ofoodusa kimchi kick! recipe: 340 grams luncheon meat, diced 2 minced garlic cloves 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 - 1 tbsp water in a skillet with no oil over medium heat, stir fry your diced luncheon meat until all sides are nicely browned and slightly crisp. saute in 2 minced garlic cloves for 1 min. add in the soy sauce, brown sugar and water. cook over medium heat until the sauce caramelizes. serve over rice with eggs and shredded seaweed. optional: drizzle sesame oil and finish off with spicy seasoning!
