@thegymnurse: Is this making sense yet? You aren’t doing yourself a favor by trying to eat as little as possible all day. It backfires. Your body is smart and is going to make sure it gets calories IT NEEDS somehow. And when we let hunger build up we often end up finding a quick food source and it’s probably not gonna be chicken and veggies LOL. If you keep your body fed with nourishing food from the start of your day the probability of having endless snacking goes down. These are the moments that hurt our goal!! Not the usually meals itself (assuming you aren’t eating takeout every meal). If you are not progressing towards your goals take a look at your day and meal timing. Sometimes we need to “eat more” so we can actually consume less. You may think you are eating low calorie by skipping meals, but you likely are eating way more than realize and taking self out of any deficit with these hangry snacking events. I’d love to know your experience!? ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ❤️SC . . . . . . #caloriedeficit #fatlosstips #fatlosshelp #fatloss #iifym #healthylifestyle #snacking #fuelyourbody
