it means dont break a fever unless ita over 103 or above hundred for an extended period of time

Also if you have a fever and take a nap, a good amount of times you’ll wake up full of sweat which mostly means your fever has broken

I always thought “sweat it out” meant if you were sweating, it was your body recovering. Not that you actively do things to make yourself sweat

you're correct. sweating it out is actually very dangerous. you're suppose to rest and let your body try to heal itself + use medicine to aid it
