💯 yes I’ve been taking magnesium for 2 months now & it’s the best thing I’ve done . My sleep is a lot better now restless leg anymore no more headaches 🙏🏻 amazing stuff x

I've had restless legs for years and it used to drive me insane, daughter told me to give them a go. Only had two nights since and even then I've got magnesium siray so use that and it stops it.... A total god send!!!!

magnesium is now my bedtime must! It helps my sleep (falling & duration), my restless legs and left me feeling amazing in the morning. Im usually a grumpy get in the morning now im much happier. ty ❤️

I suffer with restless legs. I don’t sleep I cry most nights. I can’t sit for long can’t stand for long. It seems to be getting worse the older I get. I will have to try this
