One thing that really helped me was changing how I looked at losing weight. I now think of it as getting leaner than watching the scale. I’m 6’1” and 265 now while being leaner/ stronger than ever

Gym people are usually very encouraging to overweight people. I think it's when you see someone jogging vs eating 7 burgers where we judge harshly. Just put in effort, love yourself.

If you really want to look at it. Calories in Calories out. Find your maintenance calories. Then eat less it to lose weight, eat more than it to gain weight. Either way keep going man!🎉🔥
