Cut 150g of Spam into 2cm cubes. 2. Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and the Spam to a frying pan. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. 3. Remove the Spam and add sliced garlic to the pan. Cook on very low heat for 1 minute. 4. Add 2 tablespoons of gochujang and cook for 1 minute. 5. Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream and half of the Spam. Mix well. 6. Add cooked pasta noodles, pasta water, 1 tablespoon of butter, and grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Mix everything together. 7. Cook on low heat until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. 8.
