You need to wash your pillowcases once a week/regularly. This helped me at least 🤷🏽♀️(I always used to get pimples on my cheeks in the same spot).

I have cystic in the same places too. comes back esp if I drink and smoke too much.. My skin is a lot better now that I barely do skincare. just SPF and moisturiser and drinking water all the time.
