@earthyjane: Replying to @shannon GREEN JUICE🥬🥒🍏✨ 1 large bunch curly kale - roughly 5 cups 10 oz bag spinach 4 apples - I used green apples 3 cucumbers 3 cups pineapple - can be frozen or fresh! Optional additions: mint, parsley, lemon, ginger! Start my washing ALL produce very well! You do not need to peel or remove any seeds! The juicer will do that for you. Depending on the juicer you’ll need to chop the produce to certain size small enough to fit into the machine. Slowly add all the veg to juicer and let the magic happen! Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag for an even smoother juice. Add to individual jars or glasses or one big jug!
