Without looking under the truck or under the hood… I’d guess either oil cooler, HPO lines, Turbo pedestal, or oil pan. 99.999% NOT the rear main, they only time they leak is when someone misdiagnoses

Oil or fuel ? Looks like it could be from injector cups leaking and fuel going into the cooling system causing an overflow in the reservoir

Put a couple cap fulls of brake fluid in the oil fill. Brake fluid cap. It helps.
