@athletetheory: Life is a balancing act… It is comfort and discomfort. Naturally we find comfort. It is where we recover both mentally and physically. It is hard step out of comfort, in some ways it can trap you there. It feels so right, and it is very easy to overindulge. It is hard to purposefully put yourself in a place of discomfort to purposefully seek out challenges that put you in a more difficult position. It is in ways un-natural. But with-out it we are not balanced. We are the people who seek out challenges. We “do hard things” to keep the balance. It is the balance that gets results. Train like an Athlete, Live like a Champion.
