It’s easy for people to comment “There are people that DON’T do this?” But try to remember that everyone has to learn somehow. This video is how I’ve how learned and will be doing it from now on :) Ty

youd get the browning a lot quicker if you stopped moving it around constantly

i keep the "flavor" around as i'm too lazy to thrash it after pouring it out - let me tell you that stuff definitely isnt water.

You can also HEAR the difference. Stage one where the meat turns grey will sound gentle, then when it fries in its own fat you’ll hear an aggressive SIZZLE

The recipes always say “brown your minced beef” not “make it grey” 🤣😳

broooo, you do that with onions first, low/mid heat until slightly brown then meat until everything is evenly crisp and then garlic just for 2-3 minutes. after that continue with everything else

I have only ever managed to brown pork minced this way, never beef mince, despite cooking it for ages! What am I doing wrong?

why is the pan so dirty before you have started cooking anything?

You should stop touching it after it’s fully broken up. Anyone who cooks meat knows you can’t get colour if you’re moving it around.

I’d love the recipe for the sauce you put over the mince if you don’t mind 🙏
