Our DM told us we don’t use gloves at little Caesar’s. They say we are able to touch food with our bare hands BEFORE it’s touched because they say the oven will “burn off the germs”

They do not need to wear gloves since the food gets cooked, but, they do need either hats or hairnets and need to wash their hands constantly.

I worked a great family owned pizza restraunt for years. Probably the most popular in my city. We never had to use gloves… the high temperatures from the oven will automatically kill any sort of germ
