Its really hard. Because its really painful.. i just lying down at bed during my period. sometimes my Vertigo attack during menstration.. 😢😢

Immediately after my diagnosis my doc said first line of treatment is hormones to completely stop periods until I get to menopause, since every new period is a risk of more endo tissue spreading.
