@cookinginthemidwest: Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sliders are perfect for an easy summer meal! INGREDIENTS 12 count King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls 1 lb chicken breast 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper 1 tsp each paprika and garlic powder Buffalo sauce 1 sliced onion 2 tbsp butter 5 slices cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella Mayo INSTRUCTIONS Slice King’s Hawaiian rolls in half and spread mayo onto each side. Cube chicken breast into small pieces and slice your onion. Turn your griddle to medium high heat and add the butter and onions. While those cook down turn the other side of the griddle to medium high heat as well and add the chicken. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder and cook until golden brown and reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Place on your King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls mayo side down and let them toast until golden brown over medium low heat. Once the chicken is cooked through lower the heat and stir in about 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce. To assemble the sliders layer sliced cheddar cheese, buffalo chicken, grilled onions, shredded mozzarella and top with the other half of the rolls so that they’re inside out and the toasted side is on top.
