I spoke to my menstrual nurse for some basic advice even from her own experience. She told me perimenopause is a disease! 😳 She also said blood tests are 100% accurate and told me to Google it 🤦♀️

I'm in the US and I had to see an endocrinologist to help me with HRT. The specialist isn't a gynecologist but an endocrinologist.

i had an MD hormone specialist. she put me on the highest dose of estrogen. i went into menses at 58 yo. it's brutal what we r put through

Drs too quick to offer anti depressants, it's not the answer. Steven this is brilliant, a little bit of knowledge can make all the diff for us to understand our symptms, there sld be more wk groups.
