The ending to me was very clear cut and dry. Timeline B was originally suppose to be a “what if they never got on the island” timeline but ending it with they were all in purgatory waiting for each other

the first time i watched lost i finished it on the anniversary of my dads death. i have to say it felt very poignant and has stuck with me all these years later. for me, it was perfect!
