turning the rotors only takes off thousandths of an inch. 1.75 millimeters is plenty to resurface.

the pad will form to the groves and give more surface area to stop. I change mine when they warp.

I’ve had my shop for 30 years and I’ve seen a lot of your videos and I have even learned a lot from you but as far as turning rotors, there are a lot you can turn and still be within spec
