My therapist says I can’t possibly have ADHD bc I finished college with a 4.0. It was hyper-focus. I burnt out really bad toward the end and almost quit.

I didn’t get diagnosed until I was in my 30s. Awards gave me dopamine so I hyperfocused on school/sports. No one suspected anything while I was growing up.
