Add the eggs together with veggies into the air fryer pan lined with parchment paper and brushed with a drizzle of olive oil. 2. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to combine. 3. Add grated cheese on top and cook for 12-15 minutes at 180°C/356°F. 4. Sprinkle fresh parsley, slice and serve.
