Keep up the great work guys, In Sydney Australia we've lost our version of "Little Italy" in Norton St Leichhardt and Melbourne's Little Italy on lygon St in St Kildare is hanging on by a thread.

My grandparents are from Sicily, but they have all passed on and I’m trying to keep that culture alive. They and my parents died when I was young, so it can be difficult to stay connected.

Small tight knit communities like little Italy are important. It’s a shame that similar black and Latino neighborhoods were destroyed to let more white people in

There really are no more "little Italy's", only in name. Here in Toronto, college street had a huge Italian community, now most have gone. Same thing as St. Clair. Ave. Mulberry, no different.

Italian-American culture is an integral part of the NY Tristate's culture atp. I'm not of Italian descent but still eat Italian meals several times a week and have a nativity scene for Christmas
