@itsbreellis: Seriously freeze dried carrots have been game changer! I love dicing the carrots, blanching, and freeze drying them! Perfect to grab and toss into soups, pot pies, and stir fry! When the carrots reconstitute, they absorb more of the flavor, giving the carrots even more flavor, since they were freeze dried!! Takes all the water out! But this was everything I did!
