I use to work at maccas and we had to take the milk out of the fridge into those containers and refill the mini fridge in the cafe. sometimes if it’s busy we have to leave it until we have time

Used to work there. There shouldn’t be that many milk crates out for that long. Usually we have milk crates out so we can restock the fridge in the cafe. Not sure why it’s out for hours, should be-

mo😭st refrigerated products follow the 2-4 rule where before 2 hours out of the fridge you can refrigerate the products and before 4 hours you must use the product but cannot refrigerate it

All food and beverage products should be above 15cm from the ground. Whether the product is wrapped/convered or not it must be off the ground, even if stored in a milk crate like those.
