I’ve just migrated and they have sent me appointment more further evidence for housing costs my estate agents have just changed over and in the process of writing up new tenancy I have letter

most housing costs £450 -£600 per month, im only in recipient of universal credit so how can afford to move from shared to rented as I have mental health issues I have applyed for pip but not through
