feel sorry for these kids who go to uni and just get wirh a big debt and never use their degree , think a lot of it comes from a,staus oh I'm studying for a degree !

Totally depends on your career, what a daft blanket comment, however there is a lot to b said over 4 year uni or 4 yrs exp employed doing the job, 4 me I always picked the 1 with exp

As a lawyer, I totally agree. I likely wouldn’t have attended if I didn’t have the career path in mind, early on. If you need 7 minutes to explain to someone what your degree entails - not promising.

Most investment banks won't touch you unless you're a graduate. same with many industries that look for brain function rather than fitting a radiator to a wall type of people. Horses for courses

far to many teens advised to go to university, I left school in 1976 as far as I'm aware only two students went on to university, thousands of youngsters with degrees working in dead end jobs.
