I don't agree with the call center point, they could just print something out to keep at their desk that details what to do in case someone is at risk based on info they provide

it's my understanding that they use AI to diagnose patients, it doesn't know to ask follow ups or look for underlying symptoms because AI is NOT A DOCTOR
