if they want me to return to the office, they should pay for all additional commuting costs and include commuting time as part of contracted hours.

We made more money in the 2 years we worked almost 100% remote than we have in our 40 yr history. Yet we're now mandated 3 days a wk in the office 🤷♀️🤦♀️

If you work with people in different time zones then there is no difference working from home or in an office. It’s screen time either ways. Productivity is fine in my co. Not changed. We all wfh.
