as someone who has lost 100+ lbs people will ask me all the time how I did, for tips etc and they all hate my answer because it's hugely psychological and requires therapy in addition to huge changes.

1-They way they went about the biggest loser was all kinds of wrong. The weight loss percentage thing was on the right track but they should have had a goal for each and their weight loss goal =100%.
