I have a lobe piercing I cleaned twice during healing and never again, forgot to wear an earring for three years and both are still open, never got infected, never had any pain, and healed super quick 😭🙏

I rarely clean my ears, I stretch them every 4 weeks, I use cera ve moisturizer to lube them and sometimes I do force stretch them and there still so healthy I have no clue how
