Diese Grillfackeln dürfen definitiv auf keiner BBQ-Party fehlen🌱Lasst Krachen… 🇺🇸ENGLISH RECIPE BELOW🇺🇸 🇩🇪WO FINDE ICH DAS DEUTSCHE REZEPT🇩🇪 https://kovalskivegan.com/rezept/vegane-grillfackeln 🇺🇸VEGAN BBQ STICKS🇺🇸 INGREDIENTS ( 8 pieces) * 8 steel/wooden skewers MEAT SUBSTITUTE * 200 g Seitanfix * 130-200 ml broth * 70 g chickpea flour * 3 tsp yeast flakes * 2 tbsp beetroot juice * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 2 tsp liquid smoke * 2 tbsp tomato paste * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1 tbsp mustard SPICE COAT * 3 tsp salt * 2 tsp pepper * 3 tsp paprika powder, sweet * 3 tsp garlic powder * 3 tsp dried oregano MARINADE * 100 g BBQ sauce * 2 tbsp maple syrup * 1 tsp salt * 100 g olive oil * 3 tsp. Paprika powder PREPARATION 1️⃣For the torches, mix the dry ingredients for the dough and the liquid ingredients and then knead both components together thoroughly. Knead everything by hand for at least 3 minutes. The dough must be tough and relatively difficult to shape. 2️⃣Roll it out into a roll about 8cm thick and then cut the dough into about 8 pieces. You form these into long, approximately 1cm thick snakes and wrap them individually around a wooden/steel skewer.
