Thank you for cutting in first. I see so many home reno DIYer vids who roll first then cut in after. It’s so stressful to watch! For the love of painting, CUT IN FIRST!!!!!

Do you need to prime walls when changing paint color? Like darker to a lighter shade? Or is primer only really needed for drywall prep?
