since you're always gonna face problems during your lifetime, you have to learn not to let those hunt you to the point of affecting your health...In order to do that this is how it works for me:

as someone who's struggled with anxiety for years i completely understand. definitely going outside and exercising helps, but also when you can't fall asleep i recommend getting up and doing something

I relate and one thing we have to do as a community is pray and hand it over to God🥰

I feel this so hard. Something I do sometimes is, not pretend like it’s not happening, but also not give in to it (because personally my body takes that as a sign to go into a full on panic attack) ⬇️

Try to focus on things around you and not what’s happening in your mind and body (I know, easier said than done), I like the 5-4-3-2-1 technique : focus on 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear

I have generalised anxiety disorder too. We’re on a very similar journey. The thought spirals are the worst. Thank you for sharing.❤️

Running has been my outlet for my anxiety for 2 years now. I still struggle daily but running helps me get through tough days 😊

Living day by day, breathing exercises, write what you feel, know that you are loved & strong ! Repeat yourself that you can do it and that everything will be ok because it will❤️🩹

If I’m having a panic attack, it really helps me to sit in a small room. Like a bathroom or closet. Sounds weird but it helps. Hang in there.

I can relate, I suffer from severe anxiety and it comes in waves for me as well. Doing fun activities like watching a movie, playing games, and songwriting helps. I also talk about it which helps.🙂

A big help for me is to take a step back and think about if your anxious thoughts are actually logical, or if u are catastrophizing and spiraling. I learned this in therapy and it helps immensely!!❤️

Change if you can! Don't do the usual things what you used to, instead try some what you haven't dared to or haven't had time for.
This method helped me a lot!
