as a hairstylist and trichologist..DONT use coconut oil and then blowdry or flat iron after washing. If you dont get 100% off the coconut oil out you'll fry your hair. Coconut oil burn point is only 350°

I mix it with water in a dropper bottle and put it directly on my scalp and rub it in. I let it sit, I rinse it out and then I shampoo normal and condition

Yes, this is a good shampoo to use but not for long-term. It strips your hair so much. It’ll start making it fall out if you use it regularly long-term and no one told me this.
