"We see a lot of weird things when people go hiking," the the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department wrote on Facebook, adding: "HOW did it get up there??" A similar monolith had appeared in downtown Las Vegas in December 2020, standing under the Fremont Street Experience canopy.
