What I done was take a gallon pitcher, pour one of the coconut waters in, mix a bottle of water and liquid IV in it pour that in, pour in a bottle of propel, and a bottle of body armor, 1/2

I Love coconut water but u should try blessed thistle capsules as they really worked for me I was unable to breastfeed my first 2 babies for long but used them on my 3rd baby and worked wonders .

I did body armor, pineapple juice, and coconut water it was delicious and I was able to pump 6-8 oz from each side☺️you could also add liquid iv packs too, also I ate oatmeal for breakfast everyday
