What they should fix is also that is you want to cancel your Adobe stock subscription you loose all the last credits you PAID for….. I want to cancel but I can’t bring myself to throw 100 credits 😅

First thing to do when contacting Adobe customer service is to ask for a reference number for the call. That way you can give that number to anyone in that department for them to pull up the notes.
