@hannahbower2: Full Body Conditioning! 🙌🏽 I honestly don’t know if this community likes the full workout posts anymore, butttt here’s what I did…I’ve been a bit inconsistent with conditioning for a while and I miss it. A lot of times my conditioning involves functional exercises that work mobility & body weight strength. My body thanks for me it when I’m finished.
