@toreymchale: part 12 | “idk what to make for dinner” series — caprese chicken saltimbocca 🍅 how to: filet chicken breasts and season w salt and pepper wrap each in prosciutto and dredge with a small coating of flour cook in oil over medium high heat until chicken is cooked fully through, prosciutto should get nice and crispy on the outside remove chicken breasts from your pan add 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar to the same pan while still hot, scrape the brown bits off the bottoms simmer 1 minute add 1 cup chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste simmer 2 minutes to let reduce slightly, add chicken breast back in and coat with balsamic mixture assemble your plate ! chicken cherry tomatoes, sliced in half mozzarella pearls basil spoon some sauce from the pan onto your plate salt to taste enjoy! 🫶🏼 #EasyRecipe #dinnerinspo #whatieatinaday
