milk does have hormones that mess you up same with overdose of eggs (u should eat 2-3 a day) and rest up no staying late past 11pm (i have acne myself and went from the worst to much better) true creams do help. also it hurts but try darsonval

hormonal acne is the death of me. been through all the prescriptions except accutane, been on every diet from vegan to carnivore and nothing ever helped.

Yeah it’s just that easy to get a derm🤣🤣.average date for a derm once I got my referral was September 21st this was in July.
