my docter told me I have tention headace migrains. it's mostly on one side bit feels like my head explodes. the pain comes from tight muscles in my back, shoulder and neck blocking off blood flow 1.

I’ve had auras, numbness, tingling, inability to speak or think for years but the last one was extra special. My one arm and fingers were nonstop twitching for over 24 hours!😳 Never again, I hope!!
