I bought my Lexus from Carmax and got extended warranty. Three locking mechanisms went out in four years. Took it to the dealer no problems.

The Carmax Max Care process was a COMPLETE pain to me last week! 4.5 hour phone call and the rep me I didn’t Know how to properly diag a misfire and was a 30 tech. After 4 hr arguing I was correct.
