My girl is bi polar, I left because she was so mean, that was after 7 years. She got diagnosed and finally knew why, we got back together, we are both learning how to work through it! I love her so much

As someone with bipolar we bounce back because we know that it wasn’t us. We feel the guilt and it resonates with us how we acted but for me at least the best way for me to get normal is to act normal

i’m bipolar one and absolutely this happens. i’ve been in therapy for 12 years and i’m 21. i swear everyday is a new lesson and another challenge. medication will help and self awareness and emotional regulation.

My mom sent me this she’s the last person in my life that actually cares that helps and she’s the one I go off on the most I go off on her cry beat myself up and then ten twenty minutes later I call her and is like “hi mom I love you I’m ready to see you” and then go off on her again I feel hate from everyone else in my life friends and family she’s the last person in my life that cares that loves me that helps but I’m slowly loosing her and once she’s gone I’m locking myself in my house and I’m just gonna do whatever I want until the grim reaper comes knocking on my door I love mother I always will but I can’t hurt her anymore I told her tonight after my appointment Monday (at the time of commenting this) I’m leaving and letting her have a break for a few months and I won’t go to Christmas or thanksgiving at least for a few of them like I said I love that damn woman but I hurt her

I don’t know that I’m bipolar but when I get into a certain type of episode my empathy like plummets and I’m usually a really empathetic person. I don’t really feel bad until I snap out of it

OH MY GOD!!!!! My ex did this to me on mother’s day of last year. He picked a fight and then afterwards acted like he didn’t do anything. I finally got away from him. It’s been peaceful SINCE!!!!

Some of them are just down right abusive and use being bipolar as an excuse I am bipolar and I am aware what I say can hurt others they are mean to people who they want to be mean towards notice they know how to behave when around curtain crowd ex:their job or people they want to impress the best way is to hold them accountable if youre not the one provoking their anger
