@healthy.eatinghub: 15 minute Airfryer fried rice 🤌 The easiest recipe for when you just can’t be bothered to cook but you want to eat healthy Ingredients for one: 1/2 microwave rice 150g of raw chicken breast 2 tbsp of light soy 3 tbsp of egg white 1/4 cup of peas and sweetcorn 1 spring onion , sliced Sauce of your choice 1/4 pepper , slices Chicken seasoning Method: 1. Slice the chicken and add the seasoning and soy sauce 2. Air fry for 6-8 mins minutes 3. Add the sweet corn, peas, pepper, onion and rice. Mix in the egg white and then air fry for 5 minutes 4.
