@midlifefitclub: Here are the top five reasons I believe I have been successful in my fitness journey and transformation towards a healthier lifestyle. These keys to success are especially significant when you are in your 50’s, like I am. These five healthy tips are also ways for you to naturally boost testosterone. At this point in my life, I personally have no interest in taking any sort of TRT or steroids because I don’t feel like I need it. My motto is, “If it’s not broken, don’t fix it” just keep going, and stay consistent with the below tips and you will see change. Let’s go! 1. No Alcohol, cutting out alcohol all together is key but if you can even cut back, that will help. 2. Eating a healthy whole foods diet, including a very high protein diet with lots of red meat. 3. Consistent Exercise, including resistance strength training. 4. Low Stress, find ways to keep your stress levels low. Go for a walk, go to the beach, practice breathing exercises, stretch, etc. 5.
